This course is for teachers, managers and support staff preparing for the delivery of T Levels. It is designed to support the understanding of the requirements, resources and rationale for T Levels. The course will identify and explore a range of factors for implementation, delivery and assessment of the T Level and clearly signpost the extensive range of support available when planning next steps.

This course explores how and why T Levels were developed, what they are and how they're structured. You'll identify some key similarities and differences between T Levels and other Level 3 qualifications - and consider the importance of using outline content (or the specification) to design a high-quality curriculum that meets local needs. You'll think about how to plan your delivery, look at some possible delivery models and explore the resources available to you.
